Please take notice that the Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, WI amended the town’s Driveway and Highway Access Ordinance on September 13, 2021.
Notable amendments include the following changes:
- Ordinance is now numbered 2021-02
- Section 10A(4) Driveway access for a single site shall be located at least 35 feet or more from the property line, measured from center of driveway. However, if approved by the town board, a joint or shared driveway for two properties may be placed on the property line.
- Section 10D(2) Culvert shall meet all St. Croix County Highway Department Requirements and standards.
