Minutes of Nov. 9, 2009 Public Hearing on Land Division Ordinance

The Public Hearing on the Amended Land Division Ordinance was called to order by Chairman Lund at 6:30 P.M. at the Eau Galle Town Hall.
Chairman Lund asked for comments from the public, there were none.
Motion by David North second by Barry Serier to recommend approval of Amended Land Division Ordinance as presented, motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Jim Lund second by David North to adjourn public hearing, motion carried.
