Minutes of November 9, 2009 Budget Hearing
Minutes are unofficial until approved by Town of Eau Galle Town Board
The Budget Hearing on the 2010 budget was called to order by Chairman Lund at 6:45 P.M. at the Eau Galle Town Hall.
Budget was reviewed and Chairman emphasized that the Personal and Real Estate Tax Levy is the same as last year.
Chairman Lund recommended that the budget be changed to reflect $10,000 in the new hall account to allow replacement of roof which is failing.
Clerk Peavey asked to have $2,500.00 be added to General Administration account to allow for an audit of 2009 in 2010.
Motion by David North to approve budget with the two changes requested and to take the funds from the Transportation account second by Barry Serier, motion carried unanimously.
Motion by David North second by Jim Lund to adjourn Budget Hearing, motion carried.
