Minutes of 02-11-2013 Eau Galle Board
Minutes are unofficial until approved by Town Board
The regular monthly meeting was called to order by Chairman Lund at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall.
Chairman Lund indicated that notice of the meeting was posted as required by Statutes.
Town Board members present were David North, Dennis Duckworth, Jim Lund and William Peavey.
The agenda was approved as presented on a motion by David North second by Dennis Duckworth, motion carried.
Minutes of the January 14, 2013 Caucus were approved on a motion by David North second by Dennis Duckworth, motion carried
Minutes of the January 14, 2013 Board Meeting were approved as corrected on a motion by Dennis Duckworth second by David North, motion carried
Bills for the month were reviewed. Motion by David North second by Dennis Duckworth to approve bills as presented with the addition of 5 checks for tax payments and 4 checks for election workers, motion carried. Clerk to bill St. Croix County Parks the balance owed on fire call on Wildwood Trail after State payment applied.
Clerk reviewed correspondence.
Discussed CSM for Jim Risselman in section 13. Clerk to write letter to County Zoning addressing Town concerns and clarifying Town questions, on next month agenda for review of letter and Jim Risselman CSM.
Sam Olson was not present for CSM on next month agenda
Chairman Lund reviewed 2013 road work;
- Weight Limits were discussed. Motion by David North second by Jim Lund to authorize weight limits if deemed necessary, motion carried.
Chairman Lund indicated that three people had replied to ad for Web Site development, Dan Peterson, Eric Kuznacic and Miranda Moore. Clerk and Dennis Duckworth to develop job description based on outcome and contact all three applicants for input and clarification they need before requesting bids.
