{"id":870,"date":"2017-02-24T18:02:41","date_gmt":"2017-02-25T00:02:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.townofeaugalle.org\/?p=870"},"modified":"2017-02-24T18:02:41","modified_gmt":"2017-02-25T00:02:41","slug":"minutes-jan-9-2017-board-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/townofeaugallewi.gov\/minutes-jan-9-2017-board-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"Minutes: Jan. 9, 2017 Board Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Minutes of 01-09-2017 Eau Galle Board Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minutes are unofficial until approved by Town Board<\/p>\n<p>The regular monthly meeting was called to order by Chairman Lund at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman Lund indicated that notice of the meeting was posted as required by Statutes.<\/p>\n<p>Town Board members present were Kevin Larson, Amy Shafer, Jim Lund and William Peavey.<\/p>\n<p>The agenda was approved on a motion by Amy Shafer second by Kevin Larson, motion carried.<\/p>\n<p>Minutes of the 12-12-2016 Board Meeting were approved on a motion by Kevin Larson second by Amy Shafer, motion carried.<\/p>\n<p>Bills for the month were reviewed. Motion by Amy Shafer second by Kevin Larson to approve bills as presented with 2 additional as funds become available, motion carried.<\/p>\n<p>Clerk reviewed correspondence<\/p>\n<p>Building Permits issued in past month were reviewed.<\/p>\n<p>Chairman Lund reviewed Town Nuisance Ordinance after concern raised about noise at a previous meeting. Will continue discussion at February meeting with possibility of amending or eliminating Ordinance.<\/p>\n<p>Road Work 2017<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bridge report indicates minor enhancements needed<\/li>\n<li>Get all Board members copy of road map<\/li>\n<li>Check on LTRIP requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chairman\u2019s Report<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There has been an Amish burial\n<ul>\n<li>Area used as Cemetery has been deeded to Amish Church<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Planning update<\/li>\n<li>Not needed now<\/li>\n<li>Other Town issues need attention<\/li>\n<li>Need to keep track of lot development<\/li>\n<li>Concern raised about drinking water at hall\n<ul>\n<li>Will need to get water tested<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Open Forum<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nothing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Next meeting 02-13-2017 at 7:00<\/p>\n<p>Motion to adjourn by Kevin Larson second by Amy Shafer, motion carried.<\/p>\n<p><em>William Peavey Clerk\/Treasure<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Minutes of 01-09-2017 Eau Galle Board Meeting Minutes are unofficial until approved by Town Board The regular monthly meeting was called to order by Chairman Lund at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall.
