Minutes of the Nov. 10, 2025 Town of Eau Galle Board Meeting

The regular monthly meeting was called to order by Town Board Chairman Lund at 7:00 PM at the town hall.
Chairman Lund indicated that the notice of the meeting was posted as required by statutes and noted no additional items were added since the November Agenda was posted at the Town Hall and on the official Town website.
The Town Board members present were Ryan Anez, Amy Shafer, Stephanie Supri, and Jim Lund.
The agenda was approved as presented on a motion by Amy Shafer second by Ryan Anez, motion carried.
The minutes of the October 7, 2025 Town Board Meeting were approved on a motion by Ryan Anez with one correction second by Amy Shafer, motion carried.
Treasurer’s report, and bills were reviewed and approved on a motion by Ryan Anez second by Amy Shafer, motion carried.
Building and driveway permits were reviewed.
Clerk reviewed correspondence and emails.
Motion by Amy Shafer to approve the Rezoning Application by Tommy and Cynthia Ramberg at 256 222nd St. Baldwin, WI 54002 from Ag-1 to Ag-2 second by Ryan Anez, motion carried.
Town Board reviewed and adopted the 2026 Summarized Budget as presented. Motion by Ryan Anez to approved the 2026 Summarized Budget second by Amy Shafer, motion carried.
Motion by Amy Shafer to set the 2025 tax levy at $394,893.00 as presented in the 2026 budget and as allowed by the tax levy limit and approved at the Annual Meeting in April 2025 second by Ryan Anez, motion carried.
The roof of the Town Hall has been completed. Waiting on the windows to arrive to start the window and siding installation. Motion by Amy Shafer to approve the purchase of outside lights not to exceed $400.00 second by James Lund, motion carried.
Motion by Amy Shafer to add a lot locate fee for the cemetery to the fee schedule of $50.00 second by Ryan Anez, motion carried.
Road Work:
- $50,000.00 budgeted for brush cutting. County will start soon.
- Ditches have been mowed.
- LRIP application for 30th avenue has been submitted.
- Culverts on 30th to be done within the next week.
Chairman’s Report:
- Board of Review was on October 29th with one case heard by Nick Hite.
- Newsletters to be mailed in December.
