Minutes of 01-09-2023 Eau Galle Caucus Meeting
The 2023 Eau Galle Town caucus was called to order by Chairman Lund at 6:45 PM.
Motion by Amy Shafer to have Jim Lund act as presiding officer, second by Connie North, motion carried.
Chairman Lund asked for nominations for Clerk/Treasurer. Amy Shafer nominated Stephanie Supri, second by Connie North. William Peavey nominated Nicole Olson, second by Dane Rasmussen.
Nicole Olson declined nomination.
Chairman Lund asked three times for further nominations, there were none.
Motion by William Peavey second by Kevin Larson to close nominations for Clerk/Treasurer, motion carried.
Chairman Lund appointed Amy Shafer as temporary presiding officer.
Amy Shafer asked for nominations for Chairman.
Dane Rasmussen nominated James Lund second by William Peavey.
Amy Shafer asked three times for further nominations, there were none.
Motion by William Peavey second by Connie North to close nominations, motion carried.
Chairman Lund returned as presiding officer.
Chairman Lund asked for nominations for Supervisor.
Amy Shafer nominated Kevin Larson second by Nicole Olson. William Peavey nominated Amy Shafer second by Kevin Larson.
Chairman Lund asked three times for further nominations, there were none.
Motion by William Peavey second by Connie North to close nominations for Supervisor, motion carried.
Clerk/Treasurer Nicole Olson then conducted a drawing for the supervisor positions to determine how the names would appear on the ballot, the following order was drawn:

Amy B. Shafer
As Agenda was completed Caucus was adjourned by Jim Lund at 6:50 PM
