Minutes of 01-13-2003 Town of Eau Galle Caucus
Minutes are unofficial until approved by Town of Eau Galle Board
The Town of Eau Galle Town Caucus was called to order at 700 P.M. by Supervisor Larson who turned the meeting over to Art Jensen. Mr. Jensen indicated that the notice of meeting had been published as required.
Mr. Jensen called for nominations for Town chairman:
John Murtha & Don Rodel were nominated.
Motion by Clark Anderson second by Bill Hanson to close nominations, motion carried.
Mr. Jensen called for nominations for two Town supervisors:
Dennis Duckworth, David North, John Murtha, Kevin Larson and Art Jensen were nominated. Art Jensen and Dennis Duckworth declined the nomination.
Motion by Jerry Campbell second by Connie North to close nominations, motion carried.
Mr. Jensen called for nominations for Town Clerk/Treasure:
William Peavey and Julie Pflender were nominated.
Motion by Stan Hensley second by Clark Anderson to close nominations, motion carried.
Clerk/treasure William Peavey indicated that he had to contact the State to find out if a candidate could run for two offices.
Art Jensen closed the caucus.
