Chairman Lund called the public hearing to order at 6:45 PM
The purpose of the Public hearing is to gather information and concerns relating to designating 50 th . Ave one way westbound from Co. BB to 233 rd. and 233rd st. one way southbound from 50th to Co. N during the construction of a new interstate bridge over I-94 on 233 rd St. Comments and concerns from Trevor Levine were raised about his driveway access. Start March 1 with one way and weight limits. Project complete by July 4, all signage removed when project complete. Any road damage at contractor’s expense if demonstrated.
