Minutes of the Feb. 14, 2022 Eau Galle Town Board Public Hearing to consider the proposed changes to the Town of Eau Galle St. Croix County, WI Land Division Ordinance

On February 14th at 6:50 PM Town Board Chairman Lund opened the public hearing at the town hall in order to receive public comment on the proposed changes to the Town of Eau Galle St. Croix County, WI Land Division Ordinance.
Chairman Lund indicated that the notice of the public hearing was posted as required by statutes.
No questions or comments were submitted in writing prior to the public hearing.
Planning Committee members were present and offered comments regarding the financial assurance section of the proposed Ordinance 2022-01. No other questions or comments were received during the public hearing.
The Town Board reviewed the final draft of Ordinance 2022-01.
Supervisor Amy Shafer made a motion to close the public hearing, second by Supervisor Kevin Larson, motion carried.
Town Board Chairman Lund closed the public hearing at 7:01 PM.
