Minutes of the Dec. 8, 2025 Town of Eau Galle Board Meeting
* Minutes are unofficial until approved by the Town Board *
The regular monthly meeting was called to order by Town Board Chairman Lund at 7:00 PM at the town hall.
Chairman Lund indicated that the notice of the meeting was posted as required by statutes and noted no additional items were added since the December Agenda was posted at the Town Hall and on the official Town website.
The Town Board members present were Ryan Anez, Amy Shafer, Stephanie Supri, and Jim Lund.
The agenda was approved as presented on a motion by Amy Shafer second by Ryan Anez, motion carried.
The minutes of the November 10, 2025 Town Board Meeting were approved on a motion by Ryan Anez with one correction second by Amy Shafer, motion carried.
Treasurer’s report, and bills were reviewed and approved on a motion by Ryan Anez second by Amy Shafer, motion carried.
Building and driveway permits were reviewed.
Clerk reviewed correspondence and emails.
Town Board discussion about expiring contract with All Croix. Clerk to request Todd Dolan attend the January meeting to present an updated contract.
Road Work:
- An additional culvert was discovered on 30th Avenue. Will be done in the spring.
- Brushing done on two roads
- Downed tree charges start January 1, 2026.
Chairman’s Report:
- Property taxes to be mailed this week.
- Possible first half loan payment in January.
- Issues with snow plow turn around on 23rd ave. Board to look into it.
- Chairman Lund will not be running for re-election in 2027.
Public Comment/Open Forum:
Supervisor Anez talked to contractor Jon about Town Hall Project. Windows and siding are in, waiting on correct door. Hope to start next week weather permitting.

The next regular monthly Board Meeting will be held on Monday, January 12th, 2026 at 7pm.
