Minutes of April 10, 2012 Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the Town of Eau Galle was called to order by Chairman Lund at 7:00 P.M.
Chairman Lund indicated the meeting notice had been published as required.
Minutes of the 2011 annual meeting were read and approved on a motion by David North, second by David North, motion carried 4 yes 0 no.
Clerk/Treasure William Peavey reviewed the annual report and answered questions. Motion by Dennis Duckworth second by David North to approve annual report as presented, motion carried, 4 yes 0 no.
Motion by David North second by Dennis Duckworth to designate the Baldwin Bulletin as official newspaper, motion carried, 4yes 0 no.
Motion by David North second by Dennis Duckworth to designate First Bank of Baldwin as official depository of funds, motion carried, 4 yes 0 no.
Motion by David North second by Dennis Duckworth to allow Town Board to set tax levy, motion carried, 4 yes, and 0 no.
Chairman’s Report;
- 250th resurfaced 20th to 30th
- Bridge replaced Pierce/St. Croix Rd
- Less road work in 2011 because of flooding costs
- More Building Permits in 2011
- April 21 cleanup 8 to 12
- June 11 Board of Review 12 to 2

- No old business
New business;
- BW Schools Committee on Forest using hall lot as assembly area
2013 Annual meeting will be held 3rd Tuesday of April 2013 at Town Hall at 7:00 PM
Motion by David North second by Mark Chelbeck to adjourn, motion carried, 5 yes 0 no.
