PROJECT: Town of Eau Galle; Town Hall Building (285 County Road BB, Baldwin, WI 54002) Roof Replacement, Siding Replacement, Window & Door Replacement Projects.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
Sealed bids for the above project will be received by the Town of Eau Galle, until the Bid Deadline. Immediately thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened, and read aloud. Bids may be submitted in paper format delivered to Stephanie Supri, Town Clerk, Town of Eau Galle, 285 County Road BB, Baldwin, WI 54002, for the Town Hall Siding, Roof, Window & Door Project.
In general, the project consists of the following:
- Providing all materials and labor for complete re-roofing of the Town of Eau Galle Town Hall Building as described in the Construction Documents prepared by Rural Mutual Insurance dated 08/25/2025.
- Providing all materials and labor for the complete re-siding of the Town of Eau Galle Town Hall Building as described in the Construction Documents prepared by Supervisor Ryan Anez.
- Providing all materials and labor for window and door replacement of the Town of Eau Galle Town Hall Building as described in the Construction Documents prepared by Supervisor Ryan Anez.
Proposals shall be based on American Institute of Architects Document A101-2017 “Standard Form Agreement Between the Town of Eau Galle and Contractor where the basis of payment is a “stipulated Sum” for the Town of Eau Galle Town Hall.
Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (Certified Check or Bid Bond) in the Amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid amount made payable to the Town of Eau Galle, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and furnish bonds. Bid and Bid Security may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid deadline. Bid Security will be retained if the bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds.
Bidders who have not submitted qualifications to the Town of Eau Galle in the last 12 months, shall submit a Statement of Bidder’s Qualifications, see specification, with their bid.
The Town of Eau Galle reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
It is the proposing Contractor’s responsibility to make itself familiar with the complete set of Contract Documents and existing jobside conditions; the Town of Eau Galle does not assume responsibility for errors or omissions resulting from the use of an incomplete set of Bid Documents.
